Box Type In line Rotory Degassing Unit
BDU Box Type In-line Rotor Degassing Unit is usually installed between the discharge outlet of the smelting furnace and the filter box. The Molten Aluminium flows into the box of the degassing unit and flows out from the outlet of the degassing unit, that is, realizing the purpose of continuous In-line refining.
Launder Type In-line Degassing Unit
The LDU Launder Type In-line Rotory Degassing Unit is installed between the furnace and the casting machine along with the length of the launder.
Mobile Rotary Degassing and Fluxing Unit
Aluminum water refining degassing device is used to remove gas (mainly hydrogen) and oxides (aluminum slag) in aluminum water.
A forklift is used for transfer while the rotating device in the forklift is used for molten aluminum tilting. It’s suitable for high usage amount of aluminum or transfer of molten aluminum among several workshops.
