Zhiyuan spray gun realizes automatic remote to convey and spray liquid coating with the principle that the negative pressure is produced by the sudden expansion of the compressed air in the spray nozzle;it is classified into two types:two self-suction of double-pipe spray gun,and two self-suction of composite-pipe spray gun.The atomization quantity and area of the double-pipe spray gun are adjustable,while both the gas discharge and atomization quantities of composite-pipe spray gun are adjustable.The gas discharge position is used for the uniform drying of the coating by blowing and for the removal of the mold residues,while the liquid discharge posi-tion is used for the spraying of the liquid coat-ing.
Technical data:The compressed air pressure is 0.4~0.6MPa,and the effective lifting height of the coating is less than 4m;
Commonly used spray gun length:400mm/450mm/500mm;the length of the spray gun can be customized and multiplied by 50mm.
Nstructions for use：
1、Connect gas inlet connector A with the gas source connecting pipe and connect liquid inlet connector 0 with the liquid conveying pipe.Bundle these connectorsfirmly with iron wires or hose clamps;
2、Insert the other end of the liquid conveying pipe into the open coating bucket.Note the pipe opening shall be higher than the bottom of bucket so as to avoid being blocked by residues;
3、Operation procedures:open thefirst position(gas source valve spool)for the discharge of the compressed air,and open thefirst and the second positions at the same time(liquid valve spool)for the coating spraying;
4、Gas discharge and atomization quantity may be adjusted by adjusting the gas regulating valve spool and liquid regulating valve spool.
Notes：
1、The spray gun shall be timely cleaned after the use,particularly after spraying sticky coating or coating with particles.Cleaning method:insert the coating conveying pipe into clean water(or organic solvent)for 2-3 minutes of atomization,to achieve the cleaning effect;
2、If the spray gun is blocked,you may use your thumb to block the spray nozzle,and open thefirst and the second positions at the same time,so that the blocked substances can possibly return from the coating pipe and be removed.
