Bath Type Holding Furnace
A plate-type holding furnace is used for holding the temperature of molten aluminum during metal die casting. Made of high-strength and aluminum in adhesive calcium silicate insulation boards, the furnace has unique advantages comparing common ones.
Equipment Advantages
◆ The furnace shell surface temperature rise is less than 10°C, improving the “hot” casting environment!
◆ After 8 hours of power cut, the temperature of molten aluminum will be dropped less than 60°C! The thermal conductivity of calcium silicate boards at 600°C is less than 1/5 of that of heavy casting materials, suggesting that calcium silicate boards have good thermal insulation performance
◆ No sticking to the molten pool or deposit on its surface, reducing furnace cleaning time!
