LH-D (L) series energy-saving holding furnace with electric immersion heaters is a practical high-end machine-side holding furnace designed by Lv Gong Intelligent Equipment to meet the needs of future unmanned die-casting factories.

Its reliability, safety, maintenance convenience, low energy consumption, low oxidation loss, intelligence and other comprehensive performance have reached the global advanced level in the industry.

TECHNICAL ADVANTAGE I: HIGH EFFICIENCY AND ENERGY SAVING

LH-D energy-saving holding furnace with HTE high thermal conductivity immersion heaters, its thermal efficiency >98%, which is the most advanced molten aluminum heater so far, and its safety and reliability have been fully verified.

Compared with the commonly used upper radiation electric heating holding furnace, LH-D energy-saving holding furnace with electric immersion heaters saves more than 50% of electricity, and with the improvement of reactive power, the energy utilization rate can be increased by 70%.

TECHNICAL ADVANTAGE II: LOW OXIDATION LOSS

Compared with current majority of upper radiant electric heating holding furnaces and crucible holding furnaces, LH-D energy-saving holding furnace with electric immersion heaters has very little oxidation, reducing oxidation loss by more than 90%.

Statistics show that the qualification rate of related products has increased by about 1.5%. At the same time, the service life of the equipment and the labor intensity have also been significantly improved.

TECHNICAL ADVANTAGE III: SAFE AND RELIABLE

The LH-D energy-saving holding furnace adopts the vertical-insertion type installation method, which effectively avoids the safety problem caused by horizontal-insertion type or tilt-insertion type.

The configuration of advanced sensors such as emergency heating cover and laser level meter effectively improves the safety and reliability of the machine-side holding furnace, and is expected to realize the automated and intelligent operation of the machine-side holding furnace.

After several years of research, the corundum nodule formation problem of the vertical-insertion type has been properly solved. In addition, with the improvement of furnace materials and structural design, the failure rate of LH-D energy-saving holding furnace with electric immersion heaters has been greatly reduced compared with upper radiation heating holding furnace and horizontal-insertion type holding furnace, and the maintenance of the heater is also very convenient.

As an important part of the future unmanned die-casting factory, the LH-D energy-saving immersion holding furnace adopts an advanced automatic control system.
The temperature control uses an advanced programmable multi-point temperature controller (PLC+PID), which is intuitive and convenient to display, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±2℃. It has complete functions such as process control, fault alarm, and remote monitoring.
The control system has multiple data links and communication ports to facilitate future connection with MES and AI unmanned factory systems.
