Flow Control Box & Removable Launder
The flow control box, instead of the traditional manual work, has the function of automatic flow control and reduces labor costs and improves stability of metal flow.
It is made of vacuum absorbed by precision equipment and made from nano-scale fibrous composite materials.The technology of caster tip has been widely used in the market.Zhiyuan's caster tip is applied to produce high grade aluminium alloy.
Sintered with SiO2 molten material, with strong corrosion resistance and no pollution to metal liquid. It can be used multiple times.The flow control bar and flow tube are used together used for low-pressure casting aluminum wire, aluminium ingot and aluminium coil. Its function is to remain the aluminium liquid flow and parameters stable. The flow control bar and flow tube are applied to produce high grade aluminium alloy.
